Enter your order number into the form below and follow the instructions.
Receive return authorization (RMA) number with packing list and shipping label.
Print and attach the provided UPS shipping label and include the packing list inside the box.
Once the merchandise is received your refund will be issued within 48 hours.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. In the event of the wrong item being received or a defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
- Items Marked "Non-Returnable"
- Final Sale Items
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- For orders where reason for return isn't a result of a merchant error, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
- A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided.
- A flat fee of $9.95 wll be deducted for each return.
